Registration & age
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play: this is Philippine gaming law, not a house rule. One person is entitled to one account, opened in their own legal name, which must match the wallet you later cash out to.

- The name on your account must match the name on your KYC ID and your payout wallet.

Can someone else deposit or withdraw for me?
No. PAGCOR rules require your account and your payment wallets to be in your own name, and third-party accounts are rejected at deposit and payout. The name on your KYC, your account, and your GCash or bank must all match.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One person is entitled to a single account. Duplicate accounts can be suspended, and because payouts are tied to your verified identity, a second account offers no benefit and risks your funds.
