- Maya adds roughly ₱15 per outbound InstaPay transfer on its side.
- Above ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱500,000 per day, use PESONet or split across days.
- Accounts must be in your own name; third-party wallets are rejected at payout.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum I can cash out at once?
GCash, Maya and GoTyme payouts run on InstaPay, capped at ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day. For a single larger amount, use PESONet, which has no fixed per-transaction cap but settles on the same or next banking day in a batch.
Which method has the lowest fees?
GoTyme is the cheapest, its InstaPay transfers are free. GCash cash-in is free up to ₱8,000 a month then about 2%, while Maya charges roughly ₱15 per outbound InstaPay transfer. GOGOJILI itself does not add a casino-side withdrawal fee.
Why does my first withdrawal take longer?
Your first payout can only be released after your one-time KYC review, which takes 24–48 hours. First-time and peak-period withdrawals are also checked manually, so allow up to about three hours even after KYC is cleared. After that, cashouts are typically minutes to an hour.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes, the minimum GCash deposit is ₱50. Deposits ride the InstaPay rail and usually appear in your balance within seconds, outside the 12:00–03:00 PHT maintenance window.
Can I withdraw to a GCash account that is not mine?
No. Under PAGCOR rules your casino account and your payout wallet must be in your own name. Third-party accounts are rejected at withdrawal, which is why the name on your KYC must match your GCash, Maya or GoTyme account.
